Terms of entry
Each ticket admits one person and carries a unique QR code, scanned once at the door. 18+ only; bring photo ID matching the name on the ticket. Re-entry is not permitted. The venue may refuse entry for safety reasons. Tickets may not be resold above face value.
Refunds & transfers
Each event’s own refund rule is shown before you pay and on your order. If an event is cancelled, or moved and the new date doesn’t work for you, you get a full refund. To change the name on a ticket, contact us with your order reference before the event.
Prices
The price you see is the price you pay. Payments are taken by Stripe. Tickets you pick are held for 10 minutes while you check out.
